Cancellation of transactions and return of products purchased through TERI Israel will be handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the applicable regulations, including the provisions applicable to distance-selling transactions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Where the customer has a statutory right of cancellation, notice of cancellation may be submitted within the period prescribed by law. For an online\/distance transaction involving the purchase of goods, a cancellation right of 14 days applies subject to the applicable conditions and time periods prescribed by Israeli law.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Product Returns<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If the product has already been delivered, it must be returned to the company in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>

The company may inspect the returned product and its condition before completing the cancellation and refund process.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

After receiving the cancellation notice and the returned product, where return is required, the company will process the refund within the timeframes and according to the requirements prescribed by applicable law.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
