Warranty and Service

TERI Israel customers are entitled to professional and reliable service throughout the entire warranty period.

TERI products are covered by a warranty period of 12 to 60 months from the date of purchase, depending on the model and the applicable warranty terms.

The purchase date will be used to determine the start of the warranty period. It is recommended to keep the purchase invoice and product details for service purposes.

The serial number and model number appearing on the product are used to identify the device when requesting service.

In the event of a malfunction, you may contact us by email or through the service form on the website.

Replacement of a Device During the First 30 Days

In the event of a malfunction discovered within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, the customer may contact TERI Israel to request an inspection of the device.

The device will be inspected by the company or an authorized representative to determine the cause of the malfunction.

If the inspection confirms that the malfunction originates from the device itself and is not the result of improper use, damage caused by the user, or an external factor, the company may, subject to the inspection findings and the condition of the device, replace the device with a new or equivalent one.

Device replacement is not automatic and is subject to inspection and company approval.

After 30 days from the date of purchase, the device will be handled under the warranty service process and according to the warranty terms applicable to the model.

If the malfunction cannot be resolved remotely, the customer may be asked to deliver the device for inspection according to the instructions provided by the service team.

4. Inspection and Service

Service After the Warranty Period

After the warranty period expires, the device may be submitted for inspection and paid repair.

The cost of repair, replacement parts, and shipping, if required, will be provided to the customer based on the inspection findings and before any paid repair is carried out.

Cases Not Covered Under the Warranty

The warranty does not cover malfunctions or damage caused by use that does not comply with the instructions for use, or by factors unrelated to a defect in the device itself.

The warranty may not apply in the following cases:

1. Liquid Damage

In cases where water, liquids, or other substances have entered the device.

2. Physical Damage or Foreign Objects

Including drops, impacts, breakage, or the entry of foreign objects into the fan blades or electronic control unit.

3. Improper Filter Maintenance

Excessive accumulation of dust and dirt resulting from failure to clean or replace the dust filter at the required intervals, which may cause blockage, reduced performance, or overheating of the fan.

4. Improper Power Supply

Use of an electrical voltage that does not comply with the device specifications. The intended voltage for the relevant devices is 220V–240V, depending on the model specifications.

5. Opening or Servicing by an Unauthorized Party

Opening the device, modifying its structure, interfering with the electrical system, or attempting repairs by a person or party not authorized to do so.

If the inspection indicates that the malfunction was caused by improper use or by a reason not covered under the warranty, the company may offer the customer a paid repair. The repair cost will be approved by the customer before the work is carried out.

Important Instructions for Maintaining Device Performance

Do not block the air outlet of the dust collector. Blocking the airflow may result in reduced suction power, decreased performance, and even overheating of the device.

Filters should be cleaned and replaced according to the usage and maintenance instructions provided for the specific model.
