Cancellations & Returns
Cancellation of transactions and return of products purchased through TERI Israel will be handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the applicable regulations, including the provisions applicable to distance-selling transactions.
Where the customer has a statutory right of cancellation, notice of cancellation may be submitted within the period prescribed by law. For an online/distance transaction involving the purchase of goods, a cancellation right of 14 days applies subject to the applicable conditions and time periods prescribed by Israeli law.

The customer should provide their name, order number and contact details so that we can identify the transaction and process the request.
Product Returns
If the product has already been delivered, it must be returned to the company in accordance with applicable law.
The company may inspect the returned product and its condition before completing the cancellation and refund process.
For a cancellation that is not due to a product defect, non-conformity or breach by the company, the company may charge cancellation fees as permitted by law — 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
The cost of returning the product to the company will be borne by the customer where permitted under applicable law.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If cancellation is due to a product defect, a discrepancy between the product ordered and the product supplied, or failure to deliver the product on time, the cancellation and return will be handled in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
Products damaged due to unreasonable use, use contrary to the instructions, physical damage or unauthorized handling will be reviewed according to the circumstances and the applicable warranty conditions.
Refunds
After receiving the cancellation notice and the returned product, where return is required, the company will process the refund within the timeframes and according to the requirements prescribed by applicable law.
Where possible and subject to applicable law, the refund will be made through the original payment method used for the transaction.
